Dean Waplington

Dean Waplington currently serves as the Head of Field Engineering at ARO Technology, a position held since November 2023. Prior to this role, Dean Waplington accumulated extensive experience at Arrow Business Communications, starting in January 2011 as Engineer Manager after previously working as a Telecomms Engineer. Earlier roles include Telecomms Engineer at TMG Telecom from November 2003 to December 2010 and Engineer at Datasharp Central from August 1999 to October 2003.
