David Bloomer

David Bloomer is an experienced finance professional with a strong background in fund management and accounting. Currently serving as Fund Controller at Arrow Capital Partners since October 2020, David previously held roles at GSA - Global Student Accommodation as Fund Controller UK and Finance Manager, and at Rockspring Property Investment Managers as Fund Accountant, managing significant assets and ensuring timely financial reporting. David's earlier experience includes a Senior Fund Accountant position at Valad Europe, where responsibilities encompassed oversight of multiple funds and team management, as well as a Management Accountant role at Corrocoat Ltd.
