Heather Israel has over 16 years of experience in customer service and management within the construction and flooring industries. Currently serving as Customer Service Manager at Arrow Construction since June 2007, Heather has developed strong expertise in client relations and operational oversight. Prior to this role, Heather held the position of Manager of Purchasing and Estimating at B&N Flooring/FCS from January 2004 to June 2007 and worked in customer service at Kent Building Supplies from January 1999 to January 2004. Heather is a graduate of Saint Malachy’s High School, where education was completed from 1989 to 1992.
