Natalie Dinan is an experienced HR professional with a diverse background in talent acquisition and management. Currently serving as the HR Manager for Early Talent at Arrow Electronics since August 2022, Natalie previously held various roles within the same company, including Recruiting Enablement Manager and HR Consultant, from February 2010 to January 2020. Natalie's extensive experience in employee recruitment and capability analysis is complemented by a Bachelor's degree in Business Management from the University of Northern Colorado, obtained from 2004 to 2008.
