Stephanie Casto

Stephanie Casto is an experienced human resources professional with a strong background in benefits, compensation, and HR technology. Currently serving as Vice President of Human Resources and Sustainability at Arrow Electronics since December 2012, Stephanie has held various leadership roles including VP of Global Benefits and Director of Global Benefits & HR Shared Services. Prior to Arrow Electronics, Stephanie worked at Dex One from December 2002 to December 2012 in several positions, culminating as AVP of Benefits & Compensation. Earlier career experiences include directorships in compensation and benefits at Verio and Big O Tires. Stephanie holds a Master’s degree in Psychology from the University of Colorado Boulder and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from The University of Texas at Austin.
