Warren Kennedy

Warren Kennedy has extensive experience in operations and customer service roles at Arrow Electronics and IBM. As an Operations Team Leader at Arrow Electronics, Warren is the main point of contact for internal and external stakeholders to ensure efficient resolution of issues to maintain customer satisfaction. Prior to that, Warren worked closely with IBM Business Partners as an SCSR. Warren holds a degree from Georgia Southern University.
