Jarvis Barcelon possesses extensive experience in health, safety, and environment (HSE) roles, currently serving as a Senior Health and Safety Advisor at Arrow Energy since October 2014. Previous positions include Health, Safety, and Environment Advisor at Savanna Energy Services Corp. and Conventional Drilling at Ensign Energy Services. Early career roles ranged from Rigger and Dogman to Machine Operator across various companies, including Torque Recruitment Group and Mesh & Bar Pty Ltd. Jarvis holds a Graduate Diploma and a Graduate Certificate in Occupational Health and Safety from Edith Cowan University and is furthering education at HBA Learning Centre.
