Joe Liu

Joe Liu has over two decades of experience in project management and engineering, with a focus on the energy sector. Currently, Joe serves as the E&A Front End Lead and Appraisal Project Manager at Arrow Energy, managing an appraisal program with a yearly budget exceeding A$150 million for a major CSG-LNG project in eastern Australia. Prior experience includes roles as Senior Project Manager and Deputy Chairman of the Joint Management Committee at Sino Gas & Energy Holdings, where Joe led multiple exploration projects in China and collaborated with major industry partners. Additionally, Joe has held consulting and engineering positions with organizations such as the World Bank and China International Water and Electrical Cooperation. Joe holds an MBA from Fordham University and dual Bachelor's degrees in Civil Engineering and Engineering Management from Hohai University.
