Manuel Esparza

Manuel Esparza has extensive experience in the machining industry, with a career spanning over four decades. Currently serving as a Class A CNC Milling Machine Machinist at Arrow Gear Company since July 2019, Manuel previously worked at Northstar Aerospace for 15 years as a CNC Machinist, where proficiency in various milling machines and jig grinders was developed. Experience also includes roles at Accurate Tool and Manufacturing Corporation, Fleetwood Systems, Inc., and Harris Steel Company, where skills in machine setup, operation, and maintenance were honed. Manuel's foundational training includes a Journeyman Machinist certification from the United States Department of Labor, and degrees in Tool and Die Making from the Tool and Die Institute and the City Colleges of Chicago.
