Rob Dusel

Rob Dusel is an experienced finance professional currently serving as Managing Director and Head of Capital Markets at Arrow Global Group since February 2024. Prior to this role, Rob held various positions at KKR & Co. Inc. from February 2015 to December 2023, including Director and Principal, specializing in Real Estate Capital Markets. Earlier career experience includes working at Hudson Advisors, LLC from October 2011 to January 2015, where Rob advanced through roles from Associate to Vice President in Financing. Rob holds an M.Phil in Land Economy from the University of Cambridge and a B.S. in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University.
