Kathy Lepper

Kathy Lepper has extensive experience in customer service and operational management, currently serving as a Customer Service Representative at Arrow Container Corp. since July 2015, where responsibilities include supporting account managers and ensuring timely order fulfillment. Previously, Kathy held multiple leadership roles at Goodwill Industries of Central Indiana from 1996 to July 2014, including Director of Transportation and Outlet Operations, where a focus was placed on achieving positive profit margins and operational excellence. Other notable positions included Retail Buyer and Retail and Warehouse Manager, with a strong emphasis on staff management and root cause analysis for performance improvement. Kathy is currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in business management at Marian University Indianapolis, having earned an associate's degree there from 2013 to 2015, and is a graduate of Plainfield High School.
