Cheryl Crockett was named Director of Projects for Arrow Strategies in early 2020. In this position, she provides leadership and strategic Talent Delivery direction for clients seeking the total solution for large volume , highly visible staffing needs. Cheryl has over 20+ years’ experience in Staffing and Team Development. She has a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Grambling State University.

Cheryl is a hands-on Director, fully ingrained in training and developing a team of talented top producers within the industry. Her mantra: prepare daily, be consistent and treat everyone you meet with respect. She is happily married to her husband – Randall and is the proud mom of their daughter – Megan.
