Mark Mross

Mark Mross is an accomplished IT professional with extensive experience in programming and technical leadership. Currently serving as a Programmer Advanced at Arrow Strategies and a Technical Lead at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan since October 2016, Mark has also held various roles, including Test Lead for the Benefit File Health Care Reform and ICD10 initiatives at BCBSM. With a career spanning over two decades, Mark has demonstrated expertise in development and testing, supported by a robust educational background in Finance and Computer Science from Ball State University and Eastern Michigan University.
