Ryan Weller

Ryan Weller has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Ryan is currently serving as the Chief People Officer at Arrowhead Credit Union, a position they assumed in November 2022. Prior to joining Arrowhead, Ryan held the role of SVP, Human Resources at the same company from March 2022 to November 2022. Before that, they worked as the VP, Corporate Human Resources at Heritage Provider Network from October 2018 to February 2022. Ryan's early career includes a nine-year tenure as the Director of Human Resources at Exceptional Care for Children, Inc. from July 2009 to September 2018.

Ryan obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Drew University. In addition, they earned a Master of Business Administration degree from Wilmington University. Furthermore, they gained a Certificate in Human Resources Management from Villanova University.
