Sphr-Ca Tish Masucci

Tish Masucci, SPHR-CA, SHRM-SCP has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Tish began their career at Ross Stores in 2003 as a Senior Human Resources Representative, where they worked until 2008. Tish then joined Arrowhead General Insurance Agency, Inc. and held various roles including Human Resources Generalist, Human Resources Manager, Senior Human Resources Manager, Director of Human Resources, and currently serves as the Senior Vice President of Human Resources. Tish Masucci has been with Arrowhead General Insurance Agency since 2008 and has continuously progressed in their roles within the company.

Tish Masucci, SPHR-CA, SHRM-SCP, completed their Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Psychology from California State University-San Bernardino. Tish then pursued additional studies in Human Resources Management at California State University San Marcos. Tish also obtained an ABA Paralegal Certificate from the University of San Diego. Tish has further enhanced their professional qualifications by acquiring certifications such as the CA - California Certification and the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) from the HR Certification Institute (HRCI). Tish is also a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certified by the HRCI and a Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certified by SHRM.
