Timothy Clark

Timothy Clark has over a decade of experience in information technology and customer service roles. Currently serving as the Manager of Information Technology Support Services at Arrowhead General Insurance Agency, Inc. since February 2020, Timothy has previously held positions such as Assistant System Administrator and IT Support Services Associate within the same organization, providing tier 1 and 2 support for over 500 employees. Prior to entering the IT field, Timothy gained valuable experience as a bartender/server at Urban Mo's and worked as a Desktop Support Technician with UnitedHealth Group. Timothy's career began with nine years of service in the US Navy, focusing on patient care and inventory management. Educational achievements include a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology from National University and an Associate's Degree in Computer/Information Technology Administration and Management from San Diego City College.
