Phuong Do Minh is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the Head of Human Resources at AHT Tech since April 2021, where responsibilities include managing comprehensive HR functions, leading HR activities across the organization, and advising the Board of Directors on restructuring initiatives. Prior to this role, Phuong held various positions including Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding Manager at AHT Tech, Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist at Tek Experts, and Recruitment Consultant at Adecco. With a solid educational background that includes a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management from the University of Leeds and a Bachelor's degree in International Business Management from Foreign Trade University, Phuong has developed a strong expertise in talent acquisition, employer branding, and organizational development.
