Maggie McKenzie

Maggie McKenzie, MPA, currently serves as the Director of Project Outcomes at Arrowleaf, where Maggie previously held positions as Assistant Director and Project Outcomes Coordinator. With experience as a Case Manager and Qualified Mental Health Professional at The Association for Individual Development, Maggie also worked as a PATH Community Advocate at Arrowleaf, assisting the homeless community in accessing resources and housing. Maggie's background includes serving as a County Board Graduate Assistant at Jackson County Courthouse, where significant contributions were made towards improving mental health operations and developing an Affirmative Action plan. Early career roles include bartending at Blue Sky Vineyard and holding a Graduate Assistant position at Southern Illinois University, where management of employees and scheduling was critical. Maggie is pursuing a Master of Social Work at Aurora University, holding a Master of Public Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Marketing and Personnel Management from Southern Illinois University, alongside experience at Grenoble Ecole de Management.
