Caroline Duval

Caroline Duval is a professional with extensive experience in human resource management and recruitment. Currently serving as the Coordinatrice gestion des ressources at ARS Normandie since October 2021, Caroline oversees recruitment and training teams, manages workplace quality of life initiatives, and facilitates social dialogue. Previous roles include Chargée des relations sociales at ADMR DE LA MANCHE, where management of recruitment processes and employee relations for approximately 450 staff members was key, and various recruitment positions at Orange and Page Outsourcing. Caroline holds a Master 2 in Human Resource Management from IAE Caen and a Master 2 in Social Psychology from Université de Caen Basse Normandie.
