Tommy Harkness has a diverse work experience in sales and management roles in the oil and energy industry. Tommy has worked as a VP of Sales, Sales Representative, US Sales Manager, Business Development Manager, and Senior Sales professional for various companies including Arsenal Inc., Drilling Tools International, Tercel Oilfield Products, Rubicon Oilfield International, Hughes Christensen, and Baker Hughes Drilling Fluids. Prior to their career in the oil and energy industry, Tommy was a Corporate Marketing Manager for Mandaley Sports Entertainment-Frisco RoughRiders.

Tommy Harkness attended the University of Colorado Boulder from 2001 to 2005, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing and Management Major from the Leeds School of Business.
