Sophia Phillips

Sophia Phillips has worked in various roles in the field of microbiology and process development, gaining experience as a Research Associate in gene editing and microbioogy lab settings. With a degree in Microbiology from California State University, Chico, Sophia has also served as a Teaching Assistant and Educational Assistant, showcasing their commitment to education and supporting others in their learning journey. Their diverse experiences also include working as a Sailing Instructor for the Boy Scouts of America. Currently, Sophia holds the position of Senior Research Associate III in Process Development at ArsenalBio.
