Dante Davis has a diverse work experience in the field of IT and technical support. Dante started their career in 1999 as a Systems Administrator/Telecommunications Installer-Maintainer in the US Army, where they served until 2010. Afterward, they worked as a Help Desk Technician II at Serco from 2012 to 2013, providing desktop support for Windows-based systems and administering the Active Directory environment.
From 2013 to 2014, Dante worked as a Service Desk Analyst at Phacil, Inc, where they provided quality desktop support for all D.H.S. Dante also serves as a liaison between IT and logistical partners to procure necessary equipment.
Dante Davis started their education in 1998 at Fort Gordon, GA, where they obtained a degree in Signal Support Systems Specialist (25U10). Dante then pursued further education in the same field in 2008, obtaining another degree in Signal Support Systems Specialist (25U30). In 2010, Dante attended Vista College and earned an Associate of Applied Science (AAS) degree in Network Administration.
Dante also obtained several certifications throughout their education and career. In 2010, they obtained the A+ CE certification from CompTIA. In 2013, they obtained the MCPS: Microsoft Certified Professional certification and the MCTS: Windows 7, Configuration certification from Microsoft. Dante also received the CompTIA CompTIA A+ ce and CompTIA Security+ ce certifications in 2013. Additionally, Dante obtained the Security+ CE certification from CompTIA, although the exact month of obtaining this certification is unknown.
