Jennifer Hiersteiner

Jennifer Hiersteiner, SHRM-CP, currently serves as the People Operations Manager at Art Blocks Inc. since October 2022, where responsibilities include automating HR processes, leading performance management software adoption, planning internal events, developing company policies, and overseeing recruitment.
