Nithya Krishnan

Nithya Krishnan is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in development and education. As the Development Manager at Art in Action since February 2019 and the Director of Development at RISE Foundation since January 2015, Nithya has been instrumental in fostering partnerships and securing resources to improve educational access for rural children in India. Previous roles include positions at Zenith Tutoring as a College Consultant, Fundraiser at UC Berkeley, Project Management at Genentech, Research Consultant at the International Labour Office, Consultant at The MasterCard Foundation, and Project Manager at The FSC Group. Nithya holds an MA in International Business and Development Economics from The Fletcher School at Tufts University and a BA in Economics and Political Science from the University of California, Berkeley.
