Gabriela B.

Gabriela B. has a diverse work experience in the art and fitness industries. Gabriela currently works as a Partnerships and Private Sales Manager at Art Money, a position they started in March 2022. Prior to this, Gabriela founded Mujeres Artistas Latinoamericanas (MALA) in November 2018, an online bienal and Instagram community that showcases the work of Latin American contemporary women artists. Gabriela established strategic partnerships with institutions such as El Museo and the National Museum of Women in the Arts and gained skills in content creation and community outreach.

Gabriela also has experience working at Artsy, where they held various roles from 2019 to 2022. Gabriela served as a Talent Acquisition Manager from September 2021 to March 2022, a Partnerships Manager NALA from July 2020 to March 2022, and a Gallery Partnerships Associate NALA from May 2019 to July 2020. Additionally, they worked as a 305 Certified Fitness Instructor at 305 Fitness from February 2020 to February 2021.

Before their time at Artsy and 305 Fitness, Gabriela had internships at UNESCO as a Design and Fundraising Intern from January 2019 to May 2019, and at CREO Consulting New York as an Intern from June 2018 to August 2018. Gabriela also worked as a Graphic Designer at the School of the Art Institute of Chicago from January 2017 to June 2017.

In 2016, Gabriela participated as a performer in Melanie O'Callaghan's piece at Le Palais de Tokyo's Do Disturb performance art festival.

Gabriela also pursued a minor in Technology and Art History during their time there. Prior to that, they attended Parsons Paris - The New School from 2015 to 2016, earning a Foundation degree. In 2014, they briefly attended the University of the Arts London, focusing on IB Art Preparation and portfolio development in the field of Art and Design.
