Kate McFaul

Kate McFaul has a diverse background in education and behavioral coaching. Since August 2018, Kate has worked as a Behavior Coach at Monarch Academy Public Charter Schools, where strategies are implemented to support students. As an Art Teacher for Art with a Heart since June 2017, Kate conducts visual arts classes and collaborates with other educators. Previous experience includes serving as a Production Coordinator for TranZed Alliance, where workshop logistics and communications were managed, and an internship with Soccer Without Borders focused on volunteer training and youth mentorship. Kate's foundational roles as an Aftercare Teacher and Teacher's Assistant at The Children's Guild emphasize lesson development and classroom support. Kate holds a Bachelor of Science in Family and Human Services from Towson University and has previously studied at the Community College of Baltimore County.
