Egis Dziugas

Egis Dziugas has extensive work experience in various roles. Egis currently works as a Pricing Lead at ARTA since November 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Pricing Lead at Zencargo from September 2020 to November 2022. Before entering the pricing field, Egis was the Ecommerce Manager and Co-founder of HappyUrth, where they established an environmentally-friendly brand on online marketplaces. Egis was also involved in sales, day-to-day operations, and supply chain optimization. Earlier in their career, Egis held positions such as Senior Export Coordinator at Christie's and Export Lead at Selfridges. Egis also has experience in the insurance industry, having served as an Underwriting Manager at PZU Insurance Group and Senior Underwriter at Lietuvos draudimas, AB. In these roles, Egis analyzed risks, managed business portfolios, and developed insurance terms and conditions.

Egis Dziugas has a Master's degree in Civil Engineering from Vilnius Gediminas Technical University, which they obtained from 2000 to 2003. In 2002, they also earned a Master's degree in Bridge Engineering from Faculdade de Engenharia da Universidade do Porto. In 2009, they completed an MBA Postgraduate Course in Cross Culture Communication and Business in China at Shanghai Jiao Tong University.
