Herman Coetzee

Herman Coetzee is a Cost Manager for all functional projects on the Inland Rail infrastructure project for a heavy duty freight line. Coetzee has extensive experience in cost management, project controls, and quantity surveying, working for companies such as BHP, Origin Energy, and ARES Project Management LLC. Herman also co-founded S&C Quantity Surveyors and has a Bachelor of Science degree in Quantity Surveying from the University of Port Elizabeth.
