Gaurav Rungta

Gaurav Rungta has extensive experience in technical recruitment. Gaurav started their career as a Technical Recruiter at Tech-Field Pvt. Ltd. in 2017 and worked there until 2018. Gaurav then joined Sibitalent Corp as a Senior Technical Recruiter from 2018 to 2021, where they were responsible for the full recruitment lifecycle and utilized various job boards and software platforms. In 2021, they moved to Mastech Digital, where they held the position of Lead Technical Recruiter until 2022. Currently, Gaurav is working as a Lead Recruiter at Artech L.L.C.

Gaurav Rungta completed their Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree in Computer Engineering from Arya Institute of Engineering & Technology, Jaipur, from 2012 to 2016. Gaurav also obtained additional certifications, including NSDC from NASSCOM and AMCAT from Aspiring Minds in 2016.
