Rodrigo Diesel Cortezia

Rodrigo Diesel Cortezia is an experienced operations manager with a strong background in manufacturing, quality, logistics, maintenance, and EHS+S. Currently at Artecola Química S.A. since October 2022, Rodrigo oversees various operational aspects. Previously, at Jimo Química Industrial Ltda., Rodrigo led initiatives that resulted in significant improvements in manufacturing processes and certifications, including the first Latin American HPC 420:2014 certification for Home Care products. At Bausch + Lomb, Rodrigo managed industrial operations and was responsible for strategic planning, budget preparation, and intercompany sales. Rodrigo holds a Postgraduate Degree in Production Engineering and Systems from Unisinos, an MBA from FGV, and a Chemical Engineering degree from ULBRA, among other qualifications.
