Lucrezia Doria has a diverse work experience in the luxury market. From 2014 to 2021, they held a variety of roles at Lambert + Associates, Artemest, Alvear Srl, and Figmenta. In 2016, they were hired as a Branding, Marketing, and Communications Manager at Artemest, where they developed the branding strategy. Finally, in 2021, they were hired as the Home and Epicure Coordinator at Alvear Srl, a buying office and luxury retail service company. In 2022, they were promoted to Head of Brand and Special Projects at Artemest.

Lucrezia Doria's education history began in 1997 with the International School of Milan in Milano (Italy), where they completed the IB Primary Years Programme. From 2007 to 2009, they attended the same school and completed the IB Middle Years Programme. From 2009 to 2011, they obtained their International Baccalaureate Diploma from the same school. Lucrezia then attended the University of Westminster from 2011 to 2014, where they obtained a BA (Hons) International Marketing in the field of International Marketing. In 2015, they completed an Introduction to Fashion Design Short Course from the University of the Arts London in the field of Fashion/Apparel Design.
