Benjamin Smith

Benjamin Smith is an accomplished entrepreneur and co-founder of Artemis Defense, a company dedicated to creating discreet personal safety devices, starting in March 2023. In January 2022, Benjamin founded Paradigm Capital, an investment vehicle focused on early-stage consumer and tech businesses that prioritize mission-driven initiatives. Previously, Benjamin served as Head of Growth at Magic Mind from March 2023 to April 2024, and founded Disco, a science-backed skincare brand for men, from October 2019 to March 2023. Additionally, Benjamin established two upscale group-training boutiques, Top Tier Fitness and Top Tier Columbia, which operated from April 2014 to May 2019. Benjamin holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Entrepreneurship from Wake Forest University and completed a Summer Management Program in Business Administration and Management at the same institution.
