Liz Cole

Liz Cole has a strong background in human resources, with a focus on HR business partnering and leadership roles. Liz started their career in 2009 at Royal Bank of Scotland as the Head of P&E in Ireland. Liz then held various positions at the bank, including Head of Policy & Employment in Group Operations and Head of Industrial Relations in the UK. In 2015, they joined RBS as an HR Business Partner for Homebuying and Ownership, a role they held until 2020. Liz Cole most recently worked at Martin Currie as an HR Business Partner before joining Artemis Investment Management in 2020 as the Head of Human Resources.

Liz Cole pursued their education with a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in English & Philosophy from University College Dublin between 1990 and 1993. Liz furthered their studies by completing a Postgraduate Diploma in Business Studies from the same institution from 1993 to 1994. Seeking to expand their knowledge in the field, Liz enrolled at Edinburgh Napier University for the academic year of 1997 to 1998, where they focused on Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General, leading to a Postgraduate Diploma in HRM.
