Michael Browning has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Michael started their career as an Auditor and Consultant at Arthur Andersen in 1988, where they worked until 1993. Michael then joined Bank of Scotland as a Manager in Emerging Channels and stayed there until 1999. From 1999 to 2007, Browning worked at DC Interact as the Head of Accounts, managing a portfolio of clients and leading a team of account and project managers. Michael then transitioned to Altogether Digital Ltd as a Senior Account Director, where they focused on delivering digital services to banking and finance industry clients. In 2011, Browning became a Group Account Director at WCRS, overseeing the setup of outsourced services with Apple EMEIA. Prior to their current role, Browning served as the Head of Marketing Operations at Artemis Investment Management, where they were responsible for marketing operations and implementing a digital strategy across all channels, with a strong emphasis on client experience and operational excellence.
Michael Browning completed their education at the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Scotland from 1988 to 1991, where they obtained a CA degree in Chartered Accountancy. Prior to that, they attended Heriot-Watt University from 1985 to 1988 and obtained a BA degree in Accountancy and Finance. Additionally, they obtained a certification as a Chartered Accountant from ICAS - The Professional Body of CAs in April 1991.
