Natalie Compton

Natalie Compton is a Senior Product Designer at Artera since August 2022, contributing to the company's leadership in patient communications and earning recognition as a two-time Best in KLAS winner in Patient Outreach. Prior to Artera, Natalie held multiple roles at MyCase from January 2019 to August 2022, including User Experience Designer and Associate User Experience Designer, as well as User Experience Research Recruiter. Earlier experience includes working as a Research Analyst at Gartner from October 2016 to January 2019 and as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at the University of Virginia from August 2015 to June 2016. Natalie's career began as a Student Trainee at the Special Inspector General for Afghanistan Reconstruction from May 2015 to June 2016. Natalie holds a Master's Degree in Public Policy (2014-2016) and a Bachelor's Degree in Global Development Studies (2013-2015) from the University of Virginia, along with another Bachelor's degree from Penn State University (2011-2013).
