Michiel deRoos

Michiel deRoos has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Michiel started their career at IBM in 2011 as a Sales Acceleration Architect, where they worked until 2014. Michiel then joined the Marine Environmental Observation Prediction and Response (MEOPAR) Network as a Software Developer from 2014 to 2015. Following that, Michiel returned to IBM as a Sales Acceleration Architect from 2015 to 2017. Michiel then transitioned into a Backend Developer role at Affinio from 2017 to 2019. In 2019, Michiel joined Nova Credit as a Supply Software Engineer until October. In 2020, they became a Lead Software Engineer at Sempo, and in 2023, they joined Artera as a Senior Software Engineer.

Michiel deRoos has pursued their education in the field of Computer Science. Michiel completed their Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Dalhousie University, where they studied from 2009 to 2013. Later, they continued their academic journey by pursuing a Bachelor of Computer Science degree from the same university, which they completed between 2014 and 2017.
