Robert-Jan Muller

Robert-Jan Muller is an experienced consulting specialist currently working at Universitair Medisch Centrum St Radboud since June 2018, where involvement includes training young medical doctors through the art scheme "The Art of Looking for the Medical Profession." Muller has also been a cultural tour guide for high-end cultural travels across Europe since August 2016, with roles at both Labrys Reizen and Academische Reizen. As a freelance author, Muller contributes critiques on contemporary art to Artforum International Magazine and Museumtijdschrift. In addition, Muller has been an independent art documentary maker since 2011, producing video interviews with contemporary artists and current work includes a documentary on Steven Aalders. Educationally, Muller holds a doctorandus degree in art history from the University of Amsterdam, obtained between 1981 and 1989. Previous positions include consulting roles at Stichting/foundation Baasdam and art and design consultant roles at Kunst en Bedrijf BV and KPN.
