Ella Feliciano

Ella Feliciano is a Marketing Specialist at Artful Agenda since March 2024, following an extensive career at Florida Atlantic University from June 2011 to March 2024. During this time, Ella held multiple roles including Associate Director of Career Insights, Planning, Programs & Workforce Alignment and Career Counselor at the FAU Career Center. Responsibilities included conducting market analysis, career counseling for students, developing employer relationships, and facilitating career readiness workshops. Ella's experience also includes teaching leadership courses as an Adjunct Instructor, and various leadership roles within student government, showcasing strong skills in program management, student engagement, and workforce alignment. Ella holds a Master's Degree in Higher Education Leadership and a Bachelor's Degree in Sociology from Florida Atlantic University.
