Pravash Dash

Pravash Dash has a comprehensive work experience spanning over various industries and roles. Pravash is the Founder, MD & CEO of Arthan Finance since December 2018. Prior to this, they worked as an Executive Vice President in Micro Enterprise Finance at YES BANK from December 2016 to December 2018. Pravash also held multiple positions at RBL Bank, including Vice President of Small Business Banking, Deputy Vice President in Small Business Banking, Assistant Vice President in Micro Enterprise & Micro Housing Finance, and Senior Manager in Partnerships & Products. Pravash worked at RBL Bank from 2011 to 2016. Before joining RBL Bank, Pravash was associated with IFMR Rural Finance as the KGFS Chief Operating Officer and Product Manager from 2008 to 2011. Pravash also worked at Axis Bank as a Deputy Manager in SME & Agri Advances from 2006 to 2008, and at United Phosphorus Ltd as a Territory Manager in Sales & Marketing from 2005 to 2006. Pravash started their career with a summer internship at Bayer CropScience in 2004.

Pravash Dash completed their Master of Science in Agriculture degree from Orissa University of Agriculture and Technology, graduating in 2003.
