Kavya Ailawadi

Kavya Ailawadi is an experienced professional with a strong background in social work and fundraising. Currently serving as Team Principal at Arthan since May 2021, Kavya has progressed through various roles including Manager and Senior Associate. Prior experience includes a position as Sr. Executive at WWF-India, where notable recognition was achieved as the 2nd Best Performer in the Acquisition Team during the Fundraising Championship 2020. Additional internships with organizations such as Sashakt Foundation, Prayas JAC Society, Delhi Commission for Women, Sarthak Prayas, and Deepalaya demonstrate a commitment to community development, women's rights, and educational initiatives. Kavya holds a Master's degree in Social Work from Amity University and a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from Delhi University.
