Ridhika Bagga

Ridhika Bagga is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the fields of people and culture, as well as climate management. Currently serving as Lead - People and Culture at Arthan since April 2019, Ridhika has progressed through multiple roles within the organization, including Senior Manager - Climate, Manager, Assistant Manager, Senior Associate, and Associate. Prior experience includes an R&D internship at the Center of Policy Research and Governance and an editorial internship at So Delhi. Ridhika holds a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from Delhi University and completed high school with a focus on Humanities at Springdales School, Dhaula Kuan.
