Matthew Paul Brochin

Matthew Paul Brochin, MS, PMP, currently holds the position of Senior Engineer II at Arthrex, specializing in sterilization and biological safety/toxicology for the Spine medical device portfolio. Brochin provides toxicological risk assessments and consulting through an independent consultancy and as the owner of Brochin Tutoring and Consulting LLC. Previously, Brochin managed the Global Toxicology and Biocompatibility Program at Medtronic, leading critical initiatives in endotoxin testing and biocompatibility standards. Brochin's extensive experience includes roles in microbiology and toxicology research, education as a microbiology tutor, and various positions in laboratory and project coordination. Academic qualifications include a Master of Science in Materials Science and Engineering from the University of Colorado Boulder and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Denver.
