Robyn Alanya James, LMSW, currently serves as the Helpline Manager at the Arthritis Foundation, a position held since March 2016. Prior experience includes working as a Care Transitions Coach at the Atlanta Regional Commission from August 2013 to January 2016. Robyn Alanya James earned an Ed.D. in Education with a focus on Human Services Administration from Nova Southeastern University, having completed studies there from 2006 to 2011. Additionally, a Master of Social Work (MSW) degree was obtained from The University of Georgia between 2004 and 2005, and a Bachelor of Social Work (BSW) was awarded from Tuskegee University, where studies were completed from 2000 to 2004.
