Steve Palmer

Steve Palmer is an experienced project manager specializing in online fundraising and mission delivery within nonprofit organizations. Currently serving as the eCRM Project Manager at the Arthritis Foundation since November 2006, Steve has led multiple initiatives and plays a pivotal role in Blackbaud Sphere support and training for staff across ten regions. Prior experience includes producing health information offerings at WebMD and managing online communications for the American Cancer Society, where Steve implemented best practices for fundraising and volunteer engagement. Earlier in their career, Steve coordinated events at Georgia-Pacific LLC. Steve Palmer holds a BA in Journalism from The University of Georgia.
