Ann Varnedoe

Ann Varnedoe has experience in various fields including education, research project management, and recruitment. Currently serving as a Senior Recruiter at Gallagher, Ann collaborates with global clients to match top talent with high priority roles. Prior to this, Ann worked as a Research Project Manager at Vanderbilt University School of Engineering, focusing on retaining Black engineers in academia. Ann also served as an Educator at Metro Nashville Public Schools, teaching bilingual History and English, and co-founded a program to support immigrant and refugee students. Additionally, Ann was a Fulbright Scholar at the U.S. Department of State.
