Colin Young

Colin Young has extensive work experience in the IT and business systems field. Colin currently holds the position of Head of Business Systems at Gallagher since August 2021. Prior to that, they worked as the Head of IT at Gallagher from June 2016 to August 2021. From June 2014 to June 2016, they served as an IT Business Partner at Gallagher. Before joining Gallagher, Colin worked at Giles Insurance Brokers for a significant period of time, starting in November 1996. During their tenure at Giles Insurance Brokers, they held the role of Head of Business Applications, where they were responsible for leading a team of insurance technology specialists, developers, and trainers. Colin also managed and developed the company's use of business applications, specifically insurance broking applications such as Acturis and CDL.

Colin Young attended Belmont Academy in Ayr, but no specific degree or field of study is provided.
