Melzetta R. Moody, SHRM-SCP, has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Melzetta R. Moody, SHRM-SCP, completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in International Management & Competative and Organizational Strategy from the University of Rochester - Simon Business School between 2012 and 2014. During their MBA studies, they also spent a semester as a Visiting Student at Aalto University, where they focused on International Marketing and Strategy.

Melzetta holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in International Studies and Spanish from Kenyon College. Melzetta also had the opportunity to study as a Visiting Student at the University of Havana, focusing on Cultural Anthropology.

In addition to their academic achievements, Melzetta has obtained several certifications. Melzetta completed an Advanced Interview and Interrogation course at Wicklander-Zulawski & Associates in September 2016. In April 2016, they earned a Change Management Practitioner certification from Prosci. Furthermore, in February 2008, they obtained a Situational Leadership® certification from The Center for Leadership Studies.
