Prior to this, she was the CEO of Captivate Group, where she led the management board and drove successful growth. She also served as the Group Chief Strategy Officer, helping transition the group into a closely connected entity. With experience at Communicator London and 141, Chloe has a strong background in strategic leadership, client counsel, and integrated thinking across various industries and brands.
