Nikki Black

Nikki Black is a highly experienced Senior Medical Writer at Nucleus Global, an Inizio Company, since April 2020, with a background in medical and scientific writing. Prior to this role, Nikki served as a Senior Account Executive at Sciterion and conducted extensive research as a PhD Researcher in Molecular Microbiology at NUI Galway, where research focused on exploiting oxacillin resistance in MRSA for novel therapeutic targets. Earlier experiences include technical roles in molecular products at Life Technologies, English teaching positions in South Korea, and participating in the Chatteris International Graduate Programme in Hong Kong. Nikki holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Molecular Microbiology from the University of Galway, along with a Master of Science in Microbiology and Immunology and a Bachelor of Science with Honors in Microbiology from the University of Nottingham.
