Kate Parks

Kate Parks is an accomplished professional with a diverse background in music education and arts integration. Currently serving as a Realization Team Artist at Kaleidoscope ® since June 2018, Kate specializes in producing product packaging for various clients under tight deadlines. Kate is also the owner and instructor of Kate Parks Music, providing in-home piano, clarinet, and theory lessons in the South Side of Chicago since August 2002. Previous experience includes roles as an Elementary Music Teacher at School District 161, a Teaching Artist with Chicago Arts Partnerships in Education, and a Teaching Artist at Chicago Jazz Philharmonic, where curriculum development focused on social-emotional learning and arts-integration. Kate holds a Bachelor of Music in Instrumental Performance from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
